U.S. Telcom Rate Center Spatial Query Tele Atlas

	This service provides the locations of telcom rate centers, including name, abbreviation, and state. A "rate center" is a regulatory boundary, usually about the size of a town. It is an area within which rates are uniform for various types of local exchange services. The same incumbent telephone company is the default provider for everyone in the rate center.
