Maptech

Maptech, Inc., established in 1989 creates mapping products for land, marine, and aeronautical use. This 70-person company headquartered in Amesbury, Mass., produces digital and printed marine charts and cruising guides. Maptech is also the largest private publisher and distributor of paper and electronic raster nautical charts in the US.

Within an ArcWeb subscription, Maptech offers a map service that provides access to a NOAA BSB Nautical Chart digital map database covering the United States and its territorial waters. This service can be used to support applications that require detailed nautical chart base maps.
